Refund & Returns Policy

At Pedova, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains your options for returns and refunds.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we will make it right. Email support@pedova.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping in these cases.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any original shipping charge is non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email support@pedova.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or used beyond what is necessary to assess fit may not be eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded for major and minor faults.
